NEO is an AI-assisted business and optimization platform operated by Colonos Media Group, Greece. Features include natural-language QUBO generation, sector-specific optimization, multi-sector combined runs, agent workflows and (where enabled) IBM Quantum execution.
You agree not to: (a) use NEO for illegal activity, generation of malware, exploitation, or harassment; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape model weights or bypass safety filters; (c) resell access without a partner agreement; (d) submit personal data of third parties without lawful basis.
NEO software, models, branding and content are owned by Colonos Media Group. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and of the outputs you generate, subject to compliance with Section 3.
Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We target 99% monthly availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
NEO outputs are decision-support, not professional advice (legal, medical, financial). You are responsible for verifying results before acting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with refund pro-rata where required by EU consumer law.
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Greek law governs these terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protections.
